We have many years of experience in assisting both the Legal Profession and members of the public in areas relating to the pensions aspects of legal settlements, including splitting pensions on divorce, loss of pension rights due to personal injury or unfair dismissal, compensation due to pensions misselling amongst other areas.

We are happy to provide advice to individual legal firms representing either claimant or defendant, applicant or respondent, as well as acting as a single joint expert to provide a report for the Court.

We do not believe in the concept of a standard report. All our pension reports are individually tailored for the client by the actuary signing the case. We answer the questions you want to get answered, and we are happy to deal with any type of pension arrangement no matter how complex.
