David Bor, Senior Actuary

David is a specialist Pensions Actuary with over 35 years’ pensions experience and joined Actuaries for Lawyers in March 2020. David’s previous experience includes acting as a Scheme Actuary and Professional Trustee. His past experience also covered pension funding work, pension accounting and audit work, pension benefit rectification projects and advising pension schemes and employers on a variety of issues such as GMP and gender equalisation.

More recently, and in addition to the above David has acted as an expert witness in respect of –
• pensions on divorce,
• determination of the loss of pension rights following Unfair Dismissal,
• and also in relation to significant UK pensions litigation.
