He is a highly ambitious part-qualified actuary with four years of technical and analytical experience across Just Retirement, Bupa and Royal London. He excels at managing administrative processes, performing in-depth actuarial analysis, and developing robust models and systems. Joshua is passionate about empowering exceptional organisations to make better-informed decisions and drive performance.
When not at his desk, he may be found volunteering—planting trees in Wales, helping disabled people with shopping or leisure activities—or exploring the nearest hill or open field.
